Archaic art
The art of the period since 700 up to 480 in Ancient Greece (mainly sculpture). Typical samples of this period were the barbers and the daughters. The forms are initially rigid and standardized (Egyptian influence) and slowly become more and more naturalistic. In angiography, the Archaic period includes the Corinthian, the black-figure and red figure vases, while in architecture the Doric temples of Early of Doric (e.g, Posidonia) and Early of Ionic (e.g, the first Temple of Artemis in Ephesus).
