Lesvos 1907 - 1994
He studied painting at the School of Fine Arts under Argyros Oumvertos and S. Vikatos from 1929 to 1935. His themes revolve around the life of the sea, ports and fishermen. All the while, the artist worked on the hagiography, and was a member of the groups "Free Artists" and "Free Engravers".
