Special Information for the Artist
He was taught painting by O. Fokas and engraving from the laboratory of D. Galanis. In 1932 he travelled in Venice where he inspired the album Venice. His Sketches were published in newspapers and magazines of Paris. His painting appears to absorb elements from the climate of French outdoor environment painting.
He presented his work in individual exhibitions (Paris
1929 , Athens 1931 , Lozan 1940) and took pa rt in group exhibitions as well. He was honoured with the reward of Commite Italia-Francia for the best study of the Italian art.
