Special Information for the Artist
Born in Patra, in 1961.
She studied painting at the School of Fine Arts of Athens (1986-1991) under H. Dekoulakos and Ch. Botsoglou.
Most of her works are based on human legs, a subject close to jocularity. She tries to capture human characters and personal moments from position of the feet, using expressionistic writing, with strong color contrast with the element of distortion.
She has presented her work in solo exhibitions ("Epikentro", 1994) and has participated in group exhibitions (P. T. D. Byron, 1992, etc.).
She is a member of EETE (Chamber of Fine Arts).
