Special Information for the Artist
He began studying in Corfu in 1981 in the age of 14. Since 1988 he continued his studies with scholarship at Accademia di Belle Arti of Naples. In 1987 he was appointed teacher at the secondary education system in Corfu, where he remained up to the end of his life. He has been director of Art School of Corfu. He illustrated a lot of churches. Important part of his work was the religious subjects of churches of Corfu, fact which seated him as one of the most important icon painters of the Modern Greek art. He presented his work in group exhibitions (Olympia 1888 etc.)
